Here’s how we allow you to #OwnYourFlow with our ‘Build Your Box’ feature!
STEP 1: Build your box
Select the amount of each product you need per order. We don’t believe in restrictive pre-determined amounts. We want you to take control of your monthly usage and cost when it comes to your sustainable period care! Use the + and – symbols to add the amount of pads and tampons that best suit your flow!
STEP 2: Choose your delivery frequency
When you subscribe you can choose to receive your custom-built box every month or every 3 months. The perfect option if you don’t want to worry about running out of period products ever again! (We’ve all been there). You can pause, edit or cancel your box anytime through your account. Plus, all subscribers receive up to 10% off! Looking for the most eco-friendly and cost-effective option? Sign up to our 3 month subscription! Less deliveries mean less emissions and you only pay for shipping once every 3 months.
How Payment Works
If you subscribe, your card is charged at check-out for the first box and again each time your subscription renews. You can make changes to your subscription renewal date by logging into your account.
Cancellation Policy
If you confirm your cancellation after your next box is already processed, your subscription will not end until the following month.
Reminders
Don’t worry; we’ll keep you in the loop! You’ll receive a subscription reminder email from hello@monthliesorganics.com before your subscription renews, once it renews, and again once the box ships.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days.
If you choose a subscription, your order will renew on the date you subscribe and be shipped within 1-2 days of this date.
When is the best time to order?
We recommend you order the week before your period, this allows sufficient time for your order to ship and arrive in time to suit your cycle. Or you could order the day after your period ends to ensure you have supplies for your next period, and will continue to do so for the length of your subscription.
How much should I order?
Our ‘Build A Box’ feature allows you to select the exact amount of each quantity of each item you use for your period. Our subscriptions are completely flexible, you can edit the contents of your box
at any time. Should you order too much or too little, you can adjust through the ‘My Account’ section.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over €20. If choosing to subscribe, we recommend opting for the 3 month subscription as it is the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, and across the EU.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, our subscriptions are completely flexible. You can pause, edit or cancel at any time. Please be aware that you must cancel before the renewal date or you will still be charged.
