Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, and the EU.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should take 2-3 business days to get to you. We will email you to confirm when we have shipped your order. When you set up a Monthlies subscription, your first order will ship immediately. You can adjust your next shipment date at any time from your subscriber dashboard.

How will my order arrive?

Orders will arrive in our planet-friendly boxes with FSC certified boxes containing your products inside. There is no mention on our boxes of what’s inside.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free when you spend over €20. It’s a flat rate of €3.50 to ROI & NI. EU & UK shipping is €4.50

We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order. If your order is received on the weekend it will be shipped in correlation with the above.

We want you to be happy with your Monthlies Organics products, however, due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, have been described incorrectly or you receive an incorrect order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by by email. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product please send us an email and we will provide a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
