  • Voluntary complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How will we use your data?

Monthlies collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order, manager your account. 
  • Email you with email offers on other products and services we think you might like. 

If you agree, Monthlies will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. 

When Monthlies processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases. 

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Monthlies will keep your data for the duration of your subscription. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
